Ghanaians believe President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is the one they can trust to keep the nation safe and maintain peace in the country.
An online survey by Accra based radio station, Asase FM revealed that 68 percent of the respondents gave thumbs up to the President when it comes to keeping citizens safe and maintaining peace in Ghana.
Only 28% of the respondents said they would feel safe under John Mahama of the NDC while 4% chose others.
According to one respondent who also commented on the post, President Nana Akufo -Addo has proven beyond doubt that he is the best leader for the country.
Another respondent also pointed to the decisive role the President played in resolving the Dagbon crises amicably and his ability to deal with security issues with maturity.
Ghana enjoys relative peace, even though it is located in a sub-region known to be turbulent.
Maintaining the peace and stability of the country is the only way to inspire confidence in the economy to the rest of the world and that can only be achieved with the right leadership.
