In their latest electoral campaign promise, the opposition National Democratic Congress says it will pay all unemployed youth until they find jobs, if voted into power come December 7.
This was announced by the NDC Spokesperson on Gender Nana Oye Bampoe Addo in an interview with Accra-based television station, GHOne TV.
GHOne tweeted the NDC Spokesperson’s quote as saying that “When you lose your job, Government will give you money at the end of the month until you get another job”.
She added that “This will be implemented by John Mahama”.
In a show of desperation and an attempt to present juicy unrealistic promises aimed at hoodwinking Ghanaians for political power, the NDC has thrown in yet another deceitful and unrealistic promise.
Aside his recent vitriolic attacks at political opponents, NDC Flagbearer John Mahama has in recent times resorted to making many fathom promises including Free Tertiary Education amongst others.
It would be recalled in the buildup to winning the 2012 elections, Mr. Mahama made has made several promises many of which were left unfulfilled when he exited in 2016.
